Our easy four step credit repair process
Step 1
Obtain credit report
We start by obtaining a copy of a client's most recent credit report. This is a simple process we walk you through. The three major credit bureaus are TransUnion, Experian and Equifax.
Step 2
Legal action begins
An experienced credit consultant will review the report with the client simultaneously to identify adverse, erroneous and derogatory items that are keeping a clients' score from reaching its maximum potential.
Step 3
Credit score review
KEL Credit Repair will leverage its intimate knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act's rules & regulations to design a plan tailored to improve one's credit report by disputing targeted items.
Step 4
Follow-up & escalate
If a creditor is in violation of the F.C.R.A.'s rules, KEL Credit Repair, being founded by a law firm, is positioned to refer such cases to KEL Attorneys which may assist a client in enforcing these rules.
